    In a mixing bowl, combine the rice flour, water, and salt. Whisk until a smooth, lump-free batter is formed.

    Heat a flat pan or tava over medium heat. Add a small amount of oil.

    Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the hot pan and spread it evenly into a thin, circular shape, like a crepe.
